Chef Ali Sayed is arguably a well-regarded culinary chef born in Lebanon and currently based in Dubai. After gaining enough experience, he set out to create a unique mélange of global ingredients and cooking styles in different countries, especially in Dubai. Now working as an executive chef in Hot Oven – an effective foodstuff catering company.

A chef must always be willing to try something new, and Chef Ali Sayed has criticised the trend of diners who appear to be more interested in photographing their food than eating it in the restaurants. His commitment to cuisine and to the avant-garde has led it to defend the dialogue between the countryside and science, a total dialogue.

Ali has an experience of more than 22 years in the food and beverage industry. And as a brilliant human, Chef Ali Sayed was always intrigued with the different types of smoky aromas that would whift out of his parents’ kitchen. He had learnt to cook from his mother when he was just 9 years old.
