After losing the WTC Finals at Southampton against the Black Caps, New Zealand, its time for a new series. India will be playing its next series in Colombo, Sri Lanka which will be captained by Shikhar Dhawan under the guidance of coach Rahul dravid.

The white-ball led team arrived this MOnday evening for their 3 ODI’s and T20s against Sri Lanka. India’s all time captain Virat Kohli and his team were currently in England for their upcoming 5- match Test series.

Shikhar Dhawan led Indian team reaches Sri Lanka.

The top pace bowlers of India, Bhuvaneswar Kumar will be a part of the Sri Lankan tour. Hardik Pandya, Kuldeep Yadav, and Yuzvendra Chahal are the senior members in the Indian squad. while youngsters include Nitish Rana, Devdutt Padikkal, Prithvi Shaw,  Ruturaj Gaikwad, Ishan Kishan, Chetan Sakariya, and Sanju Samson in the squad.

Also the sri lankan cricket website stated that the team India members will be staying in the quarantine from June 29th to 1st of July. The full fledged training will start between 2nd of July to 4th July. Further the main training will start by 5th of July.
